At K3G Rally Tech, every product is built with precision and purpose for demanding rally environments.
Given the built-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure fairness and quality control.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following condition:

The product has a proven manufacturing defect
Returns will not be accepted for:

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Change of mind

Improper installation or misuse

Normal wear and tear from usage
Mandatory Unboxing Proof
To be eligible for any claim:

A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is required

The video must clearly show:

Sealed packaging before opening

The unboxing process

The defect in question

Claims submitted without valid video proof will not be accepted
Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by our team

Once approved, we will initiate the appropriate resolution
Resolution Options
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer:

Replacement of the defective product, or
-
Repair, depending on the issue
Refunds are not standard practice and may be considered only in exceptional cases at our discretion.
Claim Window

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted
Important Notes

Products must be unused and in original condition for claims to be valid

Any signs of installation, modification, or damage due to handling may void eligibility

As rally components, our products are designed for extreme conditions — however, damage from use is not considered a defect
